I want to visit multiple places in Los Angeles and I would like to know is it recommended to get a rental car or public transportation?
Definitely rental car. The traffic is bad but the public transportation options in LA are even worse. about 6 years ago
The Westin in Copley Square is centrally located in the city with easy access to the sites. If your looking for good nightlife at your hotel, check out the Liberty Hotel. The lobby turns in to a full on party as well as having one of the best restaurants in town located on the first floor. Check out the Freedom Trail, the North End (great Italian dining & Paul Revere's house are all located there), Boston Common (a park similar Central Park in NYC but not as big), Newbury Street (right near Copley Square and is the high end shopping district), Old North Church, Union Oyster House (said to be where the American Revolution was planned - touristy but still cool to pop in for a drink and an app). That will certainly get you started but really just make sure to pack comfortable shoes because Boston is known to be a walking city so just get out there and explore what the city has to offer! I forget the name of the actual restaurant but the restaurant at the L'auberge Hotel was really good for dinner. It's upscale & a little on the pricey side but the food was well worth it. It sits on a big deck right on the little creek that runs behind the hotel. There's another place just around the corner from the L'auberge right on 89 that was much more casual and a good spot for lunch. Again, I forget the name but that one also has a huge deck that really provides some fantastic views of Sedona's famous rocks. It's walking distance from the L'auberge and we just happened upon it when we were walking around shopping. over 6 years ago
