Should I travel by plane from Chang

Krabi is on the mainland, so you should take no ferry whatsoever. My advice is to fly from CM to Phuket and take a minibus to the nearby Krabi or a ferry to the Phi Phis (guess there's where you wanto to get) about 7 years ago

Hi. What are the best modes of transport from Bangkok to pattayya

Bus is the cheapest. Taxi is not very expensive either. It's a mere 3 hours drive on a 6 lane super-highway. about 7 years ago

Is it a good time to travel to chiang mai during 22/10??

Very good weather in most of the city, though the Central Airport Plaza might be a bit wet (it's far from the city and the munsoon lingers on for a few weeks more). But every other location is dry. Enjoy Chiang Mai. over 7 years ago

how badly do I need an onward ticket to fly into Bangkok?

The Thai Foreign Ministry has just issued a recommendation regarding this. Basically, all tourists who apply for a 60 day visa or a visa on arrival should present not only the outbound ticket but also a hotel voucher that would cover their whole stay in Thailand. The latter is not a big problem, since you can make a reservation, print it out and cancel it afterwards. As for the former, it does not have to be a plane ticket. It can also be a bus, train or boat ticket. Enjoy your trip. over 7 years ago

Samui+Phangan or Phuket+Phi Phi for beach in September?

It depends on your travel style and budget. I would go for Samui and Pha Ngan, since they are still less crowded and a bit cheaper. over 7 years ago
