Should i rent a car in san francisco?

Your question is impossible to answer effectively without more information. How are you getting to SF--from an airport, which one? Where are you staying? (Parking can be very expensive, depending on where you're staying.) How long will you be there? What do you want to do there? Where do you want to go and what do you want to see? Will you be going outside of the city? There is no "subway" in SF. There is BART and Muni. The more information you can provide, the better your answer will be. Have fun in one of the greatest cities in the country! over 6 years ago

Best area to stay to see San Francisco and napa valley for one week for 5 people?

Oh, you really do need help! "Cheaper" than what? And what is your price range? Will you have a car? It is only an hour's drive from SF to Napa or Sonoma, but there is no public transportation. What else do you want to do? How many days have you allotted for The City itself? Parking in SF can push $50/day at a hotel or in a garage. Is your purpose wine? If you'd like some specific help, let me know. Dee about 7 years ago
