Can you recommend some great restaurants/clubs in Singapore?

Hi There, It depends on what your budget is, you can eat cheaply from $3 onwards to fine dining of western cuisine. For finer dining, Halia (Fusion cuisine) at Botanic Garden is very nice. Beaufort sunday brunch at sentosa is also a great experience, gorge yourself on seafood and then lounge by the pool. But it will set you back approx. S$160/head. For the other side of dining, stroll into any hawker centre. These are a venue of food stalls, usually non-aircon. You can expect to pay anywhere from S$3 to $8. Popular Singapore food includes hainanese chicken rice, char kway teow, carrot cake, satay, prata. Newton hawker centre is very popular with tourists, however, there are a lot of touting and overcharging, especially with seafood vendors. If you do have some seafood, make sure you checked the prices clearly beforehand. Also, east coast park seafood is very expensive. Chinatown food street (evening only) is a great experience. Lau pa sat in CBD is also a good place to eat. For indian food, go to Little India. Muthu's curry or Gayatri are both good. Apollo is known to be very spicy. Good luck and enjoy! over 10 years ago

what's the best food court in singapore?

I agree with Chinatown food street. For something more local, east coast seafood lagoon (not seafood centre) is excellent, particularly for seafood over 9 years ago
