I am looking for Surf Camp whilst in Sydney. Can you recommend a company?
I've used http://surfcamp.com.au/ in the past and they were great. http://www.mojosurf.com/ is another company that you can have a look at as well. about 1 month ago

Is airline at fault for wrong use of 24 hour clock.
As the 24 hour clock finishes at 24:00, you'd expect that they would have put the correct time of 00:15 on the ticket. Its like saying 1.75pm and then going, oh but that's the same as 2.15pm. I think you should be following up with senior management at the airline on this one. about 1 month ago

Advice on North/South island sights
If you can afford it and are concerned about hours of 'are we there yet?', you could do worse than get a few domestic flights to give you more time to explore places like Rotorua, Taupo and even get yourself up to the Bay of Islands, stunning!. 10 months ago

Any suggestions for nice reasonably priced central hotel in San Francisco in July ?
I love Hotel Vitale ( if you want a little splurge - www.booking.com/Hotel-Vitale), but have always used priceline.com to throw out a bid and see what I get. There's some pretty good little boutiques around Nob Hill apparently as well. 11 months ago

Would love suggestions for apartment to rent in New York City In August. In Manhatten, preferably East side, uptown, midtown or downtown.
Hi Ellie, I used AirBnB.com and got a great little apartment in Soho (tiny!..but still awesome), rates were reasonable as well. Just be prepared to make inquiries to a lot of places, even if they list as 'available', NYC is notorious for stating properties as 'available', but when they're only looking for long term renters. Keep trying, it's worth it. 11 months ago

Beaches in new Zealand
Bay of Islands definitely, many terrific beaches. I've got a soft spot for the back beach at Russell and bizarrely have a burial plot bought for me by a relative there...I digress. Its divine up there, you wont be dissapointed. 11 months ago

I am traveling from NYC to Baltimore. Is the train trip scenic or should I drive?
Its just stress free to be honest. Fairly urban most of the way which is fine if you feel like a little ' The Wire' style street spotting. If you don't 'need' to drive, I'd just take the train, one less car on the road and time for you to chill. 11 months ago
