Where do you find remote consulting job?

Hi

Where do you guys look for remote consulting jobs?
I tried Linkedin and Remote but most of the employers are bases in the US or Europe.
Also, those jobs required meetings with the team and the time difference is kind of getting in the way for me.

I am based in Bangkok, Thailand and it's 6 hours ahead of Europe time.

How do you usually deal with the time difference?
