    Well, it depends on your style. In January and February it is a party beach town with lots and lots of young people, think high school and college age. Loud, lots of energy, crowded beaches, and amazing weather. Almost all the tourism there is Argentinian, so if you want to immerse yourself in Argentinian culture, go for it. You would definitely get to practice your spanish. If you want something more low key, go in November and December, or in March. There is a forest that is nice for walking or slacklining, the beach is long with a nice boardwalk. Good vibes when it's not the busy season, but not a ton going on then.
