Hi Jason
Go to:
SOUTHBANK/CROWN CASINO - its the walkway along the Crown Casino Prominade.
ST KILDA - you can catch heaps of trams from city to Ackland St, Fitzroy St restaurants and bars such as The Vineyard, restaurant on the water Stokehouse is nice, and the Japanese place next to the Espy is fabulous (The Esplanade Hotel)
LYGON STREET - just north of the CBD, Italian restaurants for dinner/lunch, Brunetti's Cafe on corner of Lygon and Faraday Street - always packed for fabulous cakes, snacks and coffee.
City Bars, nighclubs - Longroom, Silkroad, Alumbra on the Docklands Sunday nights, couple bars at the Casino are good on weeknights when things are more quiet.
BRIDGE ROAD - Richmond (tram 70/75 on Flinders street) - for shopping, down Church street to South Yarra CHAPEL STREET for more shopping and night-life.
LITTLE COLLINS STREET around FLINDERS LANE, Elizabeth st/swanston st end of Little Collins - wonder through the little lane ways for wonderful coffee, cafes, European style lane ways buzzing during the day. about 9 years agoAnswered by Laura Kuuse viaTravellr.com

Sensory Lab was a bit of a disappointment - they advertised drip coffee but when we ordered they snuck off and made it with the espresso machine! almost 9 years ago
