We are from Switzerland, where produce very delicious chocolate, top grade watch and Swiss amy knife. One of our classmates is from south of China, province Fujian. He will marry in summer. we are invited for his wedding.

    I am not up to speed with what chinese custom is, but they certainly like luxury goods. you will find plenty of shopping centres with all the top luxury brands but no customers! Good luck over 7 years ago

    We have just returned from a wedding ceremony in Jiangsu Province. I understand that the Chinese tradition is to give money (in a red envelope) and that was certainly evident at that ceremony. over 7 years ago

    Red Money Packet, preferably with the double happiness characters on the envelope. Red and Gold is the general theme.
