There's a fair bit of media hype going on regarding radiation levels. The headlines like to shout "radiation detected" but they don't seem to be so loud about saying ALL the authorities say the increase is so insignificant it poses no threat to human health.
From my observations it seems that outside the official Japanese exclusion zone of 30kms (some foreign governments have upped that to 80km) there's very little risk from radiation (as long as you're not eating locally-grown spinach and drinking the milk from cows at the power plant gate).
What radiation that is entering the atmosphere is being blown eastwards, so has to go around the globe to reach China, and of course, by then is greatly dissipated.
Enjoy your honeymoon and don't worry about it too much.
