While I'm traveling through Colombia I want to be reachable by cellphone. Which is the best provider for prepaid SIM cards and where should I buy them?

    hey, you can buy a prepaid cellphone and the best one is "Comcel" because it has a very good coverage but its kind of expensive... and you can buy the prepaid cards almos in any store or ask for recharges..
