If you wish to cancel the policy yourself, you can log into your membership, click on the policy number and there should be a cancel button you can press.
If you're outside of the cooling off/free look/policy refund period, you wont be able to cancel it.
If you'd like the team to help, can you please send your policy number through to email@example.com?
