    There are more on WorldNomads safety hub, but I presume if you're making a documentary you'll be going to places most affected by the earthquake, so you'll need to be very cautious. The refuge camps in Port au Prince have very high crime rates (an expensive video camera will be an attractive target) so make sure you have a reliable guide.
    A year or so back I wrote an article about (theoretically - because we don't encourage people to go to dangerous places) visiting a war zone. I'm not suggesting haiti is as bad as that, but there are some good tips in the article applicable to going to a tough environment.
