Hey guys i know you may think i am a little crazy but I am leaving Manchester on the 25th January to travel around India as much as i can.. I am a little apprehensive about what to expect and how much it will cost me.. I have a few weeks now to arrange what i am taking (backpack, clothes, boots etc) I expect my visa to arrive this week too..

Does anybody know whether i can move over to Sri Lanka from India?? I know my visa is only for 6 months and then i have to leave for 2 months.. does this mean i have to come home or can i just move over to another country??

Anyway i appreciate your time to read my question and thank you for any advice you could share.

    Hi Wilson,
to start off,u r perfectly sane...i can say that having done that myself...well,India is pretty safe to travel provided u watch whr u stay and wat u eat..!!! u could use sites like www.couchsurfing.com and www.tripping.com and www.globalfreeloaders.com. Do carry bottled water always and feel free to ask directions frm people...food expenses shld not cost u more than 20$ a day..and u shld visit Mumbai,Delhi,Jaipur,Rajasthan. u can travel to Sri Lanka frm India...Lemme know if u hav any more Q... Happy Tripping...
