There are lot of things can be done in Bali as Bali is only a small island which need only about 3-4 days to explore. It will be totally depend on what is your main interest, Bali can provide from the most leisure up to the extreme adventure trip, from the beach holiday till mountain holiday, also Bali can profide you a historical trip related to Hindu religion. The must thing to do in Bali is to experience some days day local tour to some intereting objects such as Kintamani, Jatiluwih, which can be combine from Natural Tourist object to Historical Tourist object. My suggestion is to split your stay in other two or three hotels to experience the different athmosphere of the island. I would help you with a nice Itinerary to explore the island adjusting to your budget and interest. Simply, just send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and I would be happy to help you.....

Howdy Kamal, Bali really has something for everyone, so it all depends on what you're after. For example:
For culture, visit Uluwatu monkey temple for a sunset show, Tanah Lot, Ubud for its wonderful evening shows, temples and classes.
For relaxtion, check out Ubud's spas.
For the beach, head north to Lovina, or beaches around Seminyak.
For shopping, visit Ubud's market and chic stores, or Kuta Square for beach and urban wear.
You can tour Bali very easily independently, however if you're short on time, a driver is great to have. Definitely visit Ubud, don't spend long in Kuta (it's really not Bali) and Besakih temple is popular, but really too stressful for what it's worth. A great starting point is Lonely Planet's guide: http://www.lonelyplanet.com/indonesia/bali
