Two airports serve Milan. Malpensa ( about 45 k northwest of Milan and Linate ( just outside of Milan) about 1 year ago

From malpensa there is a train shuttle. Good option, it goes to cadorna station, from there you can easily take the subway, green line stops at central station. about 1 year ago

Mpx Milan or viceversa is fixed and now is 90 euro
Lin Milan depends on where in the city, can be 30 euro or more to Central station
Good alternative is the bus, there are two companies, run every 15 to 30 mins, price around 10 euro
