    The weather will be warm. Not too hot along the cost but the temps could be rising in the interior cities by then. It could be still a little chilly at night. Usually by mid May the pools are open and people are hanging out at the beach.

    As far as the food, you can't go wrong with Moroccan food. We have lived there seven years. We eat everything. Even foods sold on the street in the markets. You have to try the different types of tagines, couscous on Friday (lunch time) it us only served the true authentic way on Fridays. If you want it another day it will have to be at a restaurant with tourists in mind. :) I highly recommend b'stilla (often called p'stilla if you are in the north.) Moroccan salads and side dishes are great too! I personally love Zaalouk. :) make sure to hit up a juice shop as well!
