On my Eurail/Interrail adventures, I used the Deutsche Bahn journey planner extensively as it provides timetable information throughout the European rail network. http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en
Alternatively, DB's Austrian counterpart ÖBB offers the same information at http://fahrplan.oebb.at/bin/query.exe/en

A quick search I just performed reveals that you can reach Warsaw from Sierpc by connecting through Legionowo, Kutno or Nasielsk depending on the time of day. almost 6 years ago
