Singapore Zoo does a night safari thats supposed to be good.

For drinks/meals out then Clarke Quay has lots of interesting and good bars with lots of people around - I found it great fun. Boat Quay is also great.

There is a dinner cruise available or go to Sentosa for the evening.

If you like a flutter, then there are casinos. Orchard Road is buzzing at night or hit one of the hawker markets for entertainment and great, cheap food.

Head to the theatre or go out shopping. about 8 years ago

You may also take a walk on the Marina Bay zone by night it's very safe and cool. During the day you can visit the top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel (they take a fee for that) and watch the views over town.
To shopping you can walk through Orchard Road, Chinatown and take a look at Little India.
Drink and food try Boat Quay and Clarke Quay zones.
Don't miss the zoo and the Botanical Gardens.
But is very easy to visit the city with the MRT, if you stay there for 3 or 4 days it's better to buy the turist card (that gives you ilimited voyages at the MRT)
Just enjoy the city... is fantastic.
