    I would go for typical Bryndzové halušky so slaninkou (Liptauer Cheese Dumplings with Bacon), Bryndzové pirohy so smotanou (Liptauer Cheese "Ravioli" with Sour Cream) and a good Goulash. If looking for something lighter, I would recommend tasting Slovak trout (salmon-like fish). almost 10 years ago
