Great little authentic restaurant called Wonderful on Sea Point main road. Better sushi than most of the fancy and expensive places peppered around town. almost 7 years ago

Wafu in Mouille Point has GREAT sushi and an amazing view of the ocean. Their Dim Sum, is also great but Leaf's Dim Sum still beats Wafu's. Leaf does not have a great view though and can be a bit unpersonal. almost 7 years ago

    Hi Athos

Beluga and Sevruga are sister companies, so you can expect the same menu and quality from both restaurants. Beluga is in Green Point, but Sevruga is based at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront with a lovely view of the harbour.

Active sushi is great if you're looking for value for money with their 'all you can eat' special. Unfortunately there is loads and loads of rice in each piece of sushi and very little fish used. Also, because the restaurant needs to produce such high volumes of custom sushi for it's customers the waiting time is quite long for your food and the quality and presentation is lacking.

If you want great quality Just Sushi in Simon's Town, Cape Town is AMAZING! The restaurant is by the Just Nuisance statue by Jubilee Square. The sushi is of great quality. It is a family run restaurant - Cathy and her hubby's friendly faces are around most days taking orders and adding to the homely feel of the restaurant.

Enjoy your sushi hunt! over 6 years ago

Just Sushi in Simon's Town is absolutely amazing. They often have fresh line fish sashimi (yellow tail and mackerel). http://www.eatout.co.za/Restaurants/4256/Cape-Town/Sushi/Just-Sushi over 6 years ago

Try the avocado tempura (yes, I am aware of how weird that sounds!) at Takumi! You may need to book in advance though. Also - when in Cape Town go to the Old Biscuit Mill on saturday morning in Woodstock. They have some amazing rice parcel snacks that, if you're a fan of sushi - you're bound to love over 6 years ago
