Not particularly the weather but when festivals might be on, school holidays & not, prettiest sights to see in certain months?
Please give your reasons on what time is the best???

    The best time to visit Korea in my opinion is in spring and fall. Spring has the cherry blossoms and you can see them best end of March to beginning of April. Yeouido area has a spring festival April 13 onwards where you can walk among many cherry blossom trees. Gyeongju which is the ancient Silla capital is a great place to see the cherry blossoms. Fall is also beautiful because many of the leaves change colors and you can go hiking among Korea's many mountains. Fall is from end of September to end of November. over 7 years ago
