    definitely go to the Chueca neighbourhood. It's the gay area but Chueca also has some awesome pubs, designer stores, restaurants and cafes. It's just got such a buzzing energy. Architecture wise the buildings are also beautiful. about 6 years ago

    You also may like the "Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza" and "Museo Reina Sofía" (Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía). They are very close to "Museo del Prado".

    Surrounding Chueca, there are some cool stores in Calle Fuencarral that you may take a look. about 6 years ago

    Dont forget Toledo, its just one from Madrid and its a must seeing. Regarding food try some tapas close to Plaza Mayor or close to La Latina (a nice place there is La Burbuja que Rie) about 5 years ago
