    The best exchange rate is the one you get when you take money from an ATM. Banks use the interbank transfer rate - which is the true exchange rate. Of course there may be fees from both banks associated with that withdrawal that makes it more expensive... but it's still the best method. about 1 year ago

    wear pants to any temple. all else, it is hot humid, be comfortable. not much difference i exchange rate. exchanged at airport and not much different in city. no need to run around looking for exchange place. many exchange office at airport inside/outside area. 2 months ago
