Does anybody know of a classy restaurant with a great vegetarian menu?

I'm looking for somewhere really nice to take a vegetarian friend to dinner in Glasgow. All the vegetarian restaurants I've come across seem a bit scruffy and I'm wondering if there's anywhere nicer out there or any nice restaurants that have great vegetarian dishes on the menu.
