Take the Bolt bus from the Pacific Central Station. It is really cheap. Or take the greyhound. Don't take the Am Trak unless you want to spend a lot of money.
Try looking on craigslist rideshare. Just if you're a girl only take a ride with a girl. I'm 29 female lived in Vancouver for six years now and have done both of these options down to Seattle. almost 3 years agoAnswered by Emma via WorldNomads.com
First of all, you probably can't rent a car in the US and then drive it into Canada. I would look into a bus or a ride share. You are crossing a country border and will need to go through an immigration check thus you will need a valid passport. about 2 years ago
take the light rail (the "LINK") train from sea-tac airport to downtown seattle for $3 or so. get off at international district/chinatown station. walk one block south to catch the bolt bus to vancouver, just south of uwajimaya supermarket. the bolt bus needs to be booked in advance online at boltbus.com and usually costs between $25 and $30 USD. greyhound and a few other bus companies also go to vancouver. almost 2 years ago
