    No, but you can get there on the Golden Gate Bus service. It is like the Muni - a bus service through the middle of SF that is cheap - but it is much less frequent.

Also be aware that the bus-stops are different to the Muni stops (often shared with SamTrans), and that the bus drivers often don't stop in the City unless they REALLY REALLY know you want to get on their bus. So, walking down 4th from Union Sq to get on the bus at 6th and Mission is sometimes hit and miss - you might be better walking towards where the bus turns around/terminates (look at maps to confirm where). almost 10 years ago

    No, and forget Golden Gate bus on weekends. Rent a car, and bring money for the bridge toll and Muir Woods entry fee. You can see much more with a car. over 9 years ago
